Shipping policy
We offer flower delivery across London 7 days a week. Orders must be placed a minimum of 3 days in advance. Delivery charges are added at checkout. Customers may choose their preferred delivery date and preferred time. Our delivery window is between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. While we aim to deliver within the preferred time selected, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour where appropriate. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are accurate.
During peak holiday periods or severe weather conditions, delivery times may be affected.
